Only Small house-broken dog allowed, 20 Lbs or less. $45 fee per day, per dog. We provide a fenced, private patio with a dog run, we will not be held liable for pets stay, pets are 100% Guests responsibility. In addition, Guest will be held liable for any damage that is caused by their pet. Dogs must be pet friendly to stay at our property. Note: Due to Host Cat allergies, we are unable to consider hosting Guest’s cats. Long term reservations; a weekly cleaning fee of $55.00 for the term of the reservation. Please be aware that in the Ozarks of Northwest Arkansas, there are numerous types of wildlife, therefore if you have a small pet make sure you keep it secure by you. FYI, we have been living here for over 15 years with many small pets, and never have we had a problem with the wildlife. To be in the safe side; if you like to go hiking, always look where you are stepping. We have Eagles, Hawks, Snakes, Foxes, Raccoons, Skunks, Deer and many other species. The deer are incredibly beautiful, but if they have young, they tend to be protective. Always be aware of your environment. NOTE: A violation of a House Rule rule may result in the guest being ejected from the property and the reservation cancelled without any refund.
